I might be moving to Eugene Oregon in the fall of 2009 for college and other stuff. I live in TN right now, and I really really enjoy the school I'm training at right now. I think the training is absolutely top-notch, and feel like I've progressed really well with this gym. The move will potentially bum me majorly, because it would be coming at precisely around the time period I have been discussing maybe having my first amateur MMA fights.

That being said, if I /do/ move to Eugene, where are the best places to train BJJ/Muy Thai/MMA at? I'd be fine with a bit of a commute, but probably anything more than an hour away would be unrealistic. Are there good competitive gyms available in that area?

I have no experience with or knowledge of this school, but it looks good from their website:

NW Martial Arts has Team Megaton, some good guys there.
If you want MT, check out Iron Shin (not sure exactly where they're out of these days), Tong Shin's a great trainer though.
If memory serves, there's about 3 good gyms in Eugene. I'd probably hit a local MMA fight once you get there and see who shows up, watch their guys etc.

Check out Northwest training center in Springfield. Owned by Gerald Strebendt.

Gerald's a good guy. He's also a brown under Rigan Machado's line.
Their guys show good heart and I've always seen nothing but respect from them.
