...His mum still takes him up and down to the school bus in a wheelchair though, useless cow.
Hey, maybe she's feeding him for Thanksgiving day...

I'm a bit late on this one, but this comment scores a fail and a half.

In the immortal words of Gary Larson:
"He slowly raised the bucket of lard to his lips and, with thick slurping sounds, drank."

You almost became the first person I'd neg-repped: not only for not knowing who Gary Larson is, but also for not even googling him before replying.
Consider yourself warned. :laughing9

As a very large man who has lost between 6 to 8 inches from his waste since feb I will absolutely aggree that fat sucks. It makes it near impossible to fight well no matter how much you know, makes getting ***** about a million times harder, there is nothing good about fat. There may be other negatives as well, but these are the main ones i think about with a tremendous reduction in my ability to go hunting and fishing a close second. I am getting close to being smaller than I was in high school and by this time next year I will be in even better shape and fucking love it. As someone is still very large and was even bigger I have no sympathy for people who whine about their weight and do nothing to fix it. ANYBODY can improve their fitness if they want to put the effort into it.
You know what else pisses me off. Fat Fuckers using the mobility carts at department stores. Those are there for people who hurt, old, or crippled not lazy. If you are to lazy to waddle back to the snack foods under your own power just stay home and die quietly.

BUUUT, even when it comes to muscle to much can also be a bad thing.I know a semi-pro bodybuilder who weighs in at 320 off season & it's a chore for him to move around the house much less trying to get out of his car without an "uuuhhgg" under his breath.Yet I also know a local MMA fighter who is a bit on the chubby side but out runs & out trains his fellow students who look like Men's fitness cover models. His current record is 6-0 against some desent caliber compitition.

hence this part of the article:
"As people dedicated to reason and common sense, we realize that you don't need to resemble an underwear model to be a good fighter. I've personally known people who border on the chubby who have cardio for days."

AMEN Brother.
I don't dislike obese people just because they are obese. But I have noticed a correlation between mental laziness and physical laziness.
In other words, a lot of fat people I have met are either stupid or too lazy to realize their potential academically or otherwise so they go nowhere in life;usually peaking as managers of video rental stores or 7- Eleven's..
So, yeah, FAT SUCKS. Get off your ass and into the gym!!

I'm starting to think that maybe the Internet isn't the best place to rally against fat people.

I agree.
Let's hold this at the mall.
In the Food Court.
Across from the "Big Dogs" Clothing store.

Listen I'm not for or against the topic of this discussion.I'm an ex powerlifter/bodybuilder I'm 6'5 & 305lbs I'm also a defensive tactics instructor who works on a contract basis with LEO'S,Military,Home Land Defense & some civilians.I always tell my students that in our classes we are not going to waste 50+ percent of our class on push ups, running, sit ups etc. & then if time permits we'll work on the fighting portion.I tell them they are all responsible for their fitness on their time, a warrior comes fit & stays fit. What I will say is that I know of individuals involved in "Sports fighting" that at a glance look un-fit but in reality wipe the floor with the "body beautiful" types they train with.I don't know why it's like this & don't care because I'm me & they are themselves.I love working out & for the most part eat well & take my supplements but even though I enjoy this I will not force my beliefs upon others nor judge them.My chubbiest student is on a Government Spec op unit, he eats well & trains like a mad man & yet doesn't look like a M & F magazine cover model.I thought about getting back to competeing in powerlifting or doing a bodybuilder show again but I simply don't feel like tweaking out my diet to such an extreme to either mass up or lean down.I can fight & run with the best of them & I'm happy with that but if a so called obese individual beats me in either oh well such is life.

I do. You just can't see it under this comfy layer of padding.
