Fernando man...give it up. Let it go. Work on your thumb wrestling. It'll be more productive.

San Da is the Kung Fu version of a K-1 fight. (I'm probably oversimplify I know)

www.kingofsanda.com

I saw the gamefaqs post where TF is stating (for DJimbe again...sigh...) that he would fight Matt Thornton in a San Da rules match.

I'm really trying to like them. They just make it really, really hard.

thats pretty much kickboxing what about le tai rules?

Probably some other Kung Fu type match. She's trying to say that Djimbe was in an unfavorable situation doing BJJ since that's Matt and Luis' game. She thinks Djimbe would kick Matt's ass in a Kung Fu match.

It's silly and pointless and your TROLLING just to stir the pot aren't you? For that I will use my Dim Mak thumb wrestling techniques on you!

There's no way Matt's going out of his way to beat up what he calls the Kung Fu version of a trekkie.

Bring it to New Jersey!

Hey, maybe you can fight Djimbe in a San Da rules match instead of Matt. How's that?

fernando

I will be there! Christian's bring a whole posse from NYC. You coming?

We're hi-jacking the thread.

---- now back to your regular programming ----

The next video we'll have to wait for is the Boston McThrowdown. I believe DJimbe and Tigerfly are going. We'll see how they do against everyone else who attends.

Looks like a classic case of self-ownage to me.

Looks like a case of trolling for BJJer's to me --- LOL and he caught a couple too...

We have all been there, but to anyone with any sense, there is just no way TF is off the wall and Dj is suspect at best.

ive used wristlocks to get he armbar or kimura

Might be my misunderstanding. I'm personally not a big fan of finger "manipulations" myself. Manipulations being in quotes because when aren't you going to break them. Wastrel makes a good point about distance from core on all this as well.

It works as a set up to a finishing move, you know, dislocate the shoulder, rip off the arm, proceed to beat the crap out of him with his own arm, that sort of thing.

LOL

Pretty sure Lei Tai rules just means on a raised platform rather than in a boxing ring. Essentially San Shou on a Lei Tai platform, at least I think that's what they mean.
