Hey, can anybody recommend some good muay thai and/or sanda schools (preferably muay thai) in NYC, generally around Grand Central? I have a friend who's moving to NYC this fall and is looking for places to train. He's already going to check out NY Sanda and he knows about some boxing gyms, but he's looking to expand beyond his boxing. Thanks.

The guys from NY Sanda were doing pretty good at Muay Thai Madness II.

there are muay thai trainers working at mendez boxing on 26th st. as well.

and of course we have 3 sanda classes a week at ny hung ga, and shuai jiao on sundays and thursdays.

We have the USKBA US welterweight champion in Muay Thai (Ian Morgan) so we do ok in Muay Thai :) LOL
