Starting soon on all US military bases(aside from Marine bases, but they will soon follow) you will no longer be waved through at the gate if your car is stickered. I got a new ID at MT.Home Airforce base and the people at the DMV informed me that everyone will be ID checked at the gate even those who have stickers. The only base that will still be waving people through are Marine bases, but I was informed they will follow shortly. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up.
Every Army post I have been on has had a 100% ID check for everyone in the vehicle for a while.
Was gonna say this is the way it was at camp lenard wood when we showed up for her graduation from AIT. And other times when i came on base with her Boyfriend who's car was stickered.
Every Army post I have been on has had a 100% ID check for everyone in the vehicle for a while. The Air Force base I'm currently stuck on until the end of the week has 100% ID check as well. Not sure about any of the others, though. Every Army base/post I've been on has had 100% ID check, also. Oddly enough, the Naval Postgraduate School (at least as of the beginning of this year, haven't been there in months) only requires one military ID in the POV.
Every Army base I've ever been on has had 100% ID checks. This isn't anything new.
Well every time I went to MT. Home in the past I was waved through. Same thing at Pendleton.
I think it may have been up the the Post Commander.
