I can't figure out who sarah's blog is written for. I mean, its obviously not for the public. Its written like a love letter to Kim; every entry in it. Any random member of the public would be turned off from it shortly after beginning to read it.
It could be written for COL, but what would be the point. she can just say it all to them at the next class. Maybe it is written for her, maybe trying to justify to herself why she is there.
It also could be written for us, because she does address certain things sandra has said. Although she still can't produce anything back up what she is saying. Its all emotional jargon. For real sarah...I can write a more thought out defense of Kim. keep posting though, I do enjoy reading it. Maybe through the art of writing you can discover more about yourself, I know i have.

Sad to say, but I think SAK is writing for the public, trying to present an alternative point of view to our thread. Trouble is, it's been so long since she's been part of the public that she forgets how the public thinks. I think you're right that she's justifying her life with TYK to herself, but she may not be consciously aware of doing so.

Can she prove she is all those titles? If she is CEO and a millionaire, then why is LWS having financial woes (rumored), my opinion...legal bills. Also posted, someone else wrote her books, she cannot speak english (motivations speaker?). Questions, questions. Is she not ashamed to present herself what she is not?

I hate to harp on her looks, but there is too much filling or whatever in her cheeks and lips.

Haha ! Musician ! LOL. She can not even read notes. While I was there, she really only knew how to crank out one or two songs. She tried to play the piano, but she knew she couldn't get far on playing the piano on energy because she hired Bemused, a student to help her. She couldn't even follow directions then.

Musicianship is not so much the ability to read notes as it is the ability to learn new material. Some people learn note-for-note by reading, some people learn by ear, some people memorize, some people just catch the changes and play along.

When TYK plays the guitar, she plays the same song every time. If you were to put a chord chart in front of her, I'll bet she wouldn't have a clue. On the flute she doesn't seem to play a song, only to diddle around at the lower end of the flute's range.

I've talked about the one "lesson" I gave TYK at the piano in previous posts. I went over the beginning basics, and to her credit, she knew a few things already. But then when I tried to continue, she said she wanted to learn one song she could play for people before learning the basics. Contrary to her teaching, she had no patience.

Kimmy is a great motivator, but a lousy teacher. She can get people revved up to do things, but that is not teaching. To teach something, you have to know it so well that you can explain each part and how all of the parts form the whole.

When I was taught mathematics in school, the progression went something like: numbers, counting, fractions, decimals, arithmetic, trigonometry, algebra, calculus, statistics, differential equations, complex math, probability, theoretical math. Each stage was taught, digested, used, and then built upon so that the next stage was attainable.

In kimmy's way of teaching energy... she takes you out to the woods, has you look at the sparkles in the sky... has all the students comment on it... tells you it's energy... and then that's it. She doesn't tell you what you can do with it, how to do it, how to apply it... anything. She let you tell her what you discovered and then she agrees with you. Without her having to reveal a thing, you come away feeling you have made a great discovery, that has been confirmed by a spiritual giant who has 'always' known it, and that she is the keeper of some great secret knowledge. It's a great scam. Without her knowing or teaching a thing, she has you believing she is the guardian of the universal secrets.

On her special programs, she would meet with you, have you tell her things, listen as you told her about your dreams. She might mutter a few words which you were to gobble up and analyze for profound meanings. Meanwhile... she collects the outrageous fees for listening to you and making you feel special. You don't come out of her classes with any new skills or any insights that you didn't provide yourself.

What she does do well is 'motivate.' She can get you to believe she really cares about you. She can motivate you through fear. She motivates through humiliation. Fear, Love, humiliation, pride, ego, kindness, etc. are her tools to manipulate and control. You end up wanting to do anything for her to keep the drug of acceptance coming.

To those in COL, she uses rank and position as tools as well. To those of you in LWS who are vice presidents... do you really think you are? Could you perform the duties of a VP in another company? Would anyone outside of COL recognize you as such? When she gives you an important sounding title, you are truly screwed. You aren't compensated as you should be for that title, she can take it away at any moment if she wishes, you don't have the requisite skills to transfer to another company. All you have is a the envy of a few subordinates who don't realize how useless it is. You are so trapped that in order to keep the little bones she throws to you, you have to keep acceding to her ever-increasing demands. If you do leave, you end up having to trying to find a job 'beneath' your title and then have to explain why you were in a position you didn't deserve. You can't just waltz back into the industry and pick up where you were before she 'honored' you. Being with kimmy soils your professional reputation. Who would want to hire some loon that escaped from "The People's Temple?" The titles she gives you are like you buying pizza on a credit card... long after the transitory taste is gone, you are still paying big-time for it.

Then she says that no one in the modern world knows all about energy except her. She gets people to believe these two contradictory lines of thought by numbing their critical thinking ability first.

She uses her acting ability to set expectations really well. She does chanting and elaborate dance-like moves, says vaguely mystical-sounding things, and gets everyone to meditate. Through imitation or trial and error, she has learned to do hypnotic trance induction. When people are in a trance, it's very easy to get them to believe they have had a profound spiritual awakening. Mind control made easy!

I think sarah's latest post is her best one yet. sure its still a kim lovefest, but its more thought out than the others.
Can you in your next post explain how she is different from the dime a dozen new age self empowerment people? I mean yes I agree that if you don't love yourself you can't really love anyone else. but how does this differ than what everyone else is teaching? what makes her the standout...the foremost energy master...the great grandmaster dr.?

no doubt there are some nuggets in her book that people could use in their life. Other people have said it long before her, and other people actively practice it.

Overall its a good post though, it offered an example. sarah, when you get a chance can you address some of the "negative" aspects we have been talking about. maybe I'm just seeing it all wrong. start with these.
1)do you still think COL didnt exist? (like you stated on wikipedia)
2)are all people who leave evil? and did they turn that way overnight after leaving?
3)if people came there to change their life for the better, why does no one leave in a more improved state than before?
4)in fact, if she does have the "best environment", why do people leave at all? and why does no one leave in good standing?
5) WHY DOES EVERYONE WHO LEAVES ARRIVE AT THE SAME CONCLUSION? (even before they start talking to other ex members)

Those are simple questions. I can see how you might be able to write off one or two people as disgruntled or evil, but when people keep leaving and keep confirming everything, that shows a long pattern over decades. people left before you even joined and they say alot of the same things as people that leave more recently. How do you deny different people from different era's and different states?

one more question. if she is all about love like you say, why would she resort to hitting you and yelling at you? whether you think of it as a lesson, can you deny it happened? If you do then you are lying to yourself and going against what your last post said about "loving yourself before you love others" If you love and respect yourself, why would you let someone treat you like that? I can understand a parent spanking a child. but what about a grown woman hitting other adults with a stick while yelling insults? where is the love in that? I honestly want to know your thoughts on that and how you justify it. Because what is the point of reading her teachings if you don't practice them? and whats the point of the teachings if she doesn't live by them? It's easy to write or speak words, but you have to put something behind them.
