The **** you mean Butterbean is untrained? Who cares about his waist size, the guy actually has decent cardio and hits like a ton of bricks. He's been exciting to watch in Cage Rage, with the limited grappling time, but even on the ground he's a threat due to his massive weight...and the fact he has no neck. Yeah, he's no Fedor, but neither is Kimbo. At the same time, he's no Giant Silva either. He may be a freakshow fighter, but he's a good one.

Back in the early 90s, the WWF put on this thing called "The Brawl for It All" which had professional wrestlers competing in a semi-MMA shoot tournament (Basically, it was boxing rules, but you could also get points for throws and takedowns, like San Shou but with no kicks, knees, or elbows). The winner of this tournament was a fellow named Bart Gunn, one half of the Smoking Gunns tag team, and as a "reward" he was booked in boxing match with Butterbean at Wrestlemania. This was, of course, hyped to the moon by WWF at every oppurtunity, and the results were, as they say, classic.

Kimbo Slice is way less skilled than Brock Lesnar. Kimbo's only combat experience are a couple street fights (which literally count for nothing) and a few months of training MMA. Lesnar, on the other hand, was a NCAA Division I wrestler, and a very successful one at that. Hell, now that you mention it, I want to see Lesnar vs. Kimbo, just to shut all the stupid fuckers who think Kimbo has any skill.

Just face it, Kimbo is a youtube phenomenon. His combat skills aren't worth ****. He is a side show/circus freak. Leave real MMA to real fighters like Butterbean, Rampage, Anderson, BJ, etc.

I disagree with your assestment about Kimbo. Granted, Lesnar is way above in skill and recognized athletic pedigree that Kimbo. However to dismiss Kimbo as a simple youtube brawler with no significant skills simply because he has never participated in a collegiate athletic league and because he has only trained MMA for a short while, that's equally retarded.

Now one would so crassly dismiss a MMA debutante with a blue belt and 6 months of training, but it is ok if its Kimbo (as if Kimbo were the average male specimen.)

Just because Kimbo does not have a recognizable athletic pedigree that does not mean one can simply dismiss him.
