Is it better to eat in smaller doses and just satisfy yourself more often, or eat big meals a stuff yourself, but not as often.


I'm only asking because I just downed half of an awesome sub, and I'm "satisfied", but I kinda want to eat the rest. However I know if I eat the rest I'm going to be completely stuffed, and I don't know if that's as good for your digestion, etc. I'm leaning towards saving the other half till after class, but I usually stuff myself till I can barely move without even thinking twice about it..... I just wanted a second opinion.

eat lots of small wheels.

keeps your metabolism efficient. it's what i do when i'm droppign weight.

Self control. That's the name of the game. Within reason. Know when you're hungry, and know when you want it because "it's there."

If you eat all the time in smaller portions, and get used to the idea of feeling "satiated" over being "full" you won't end up binging on food because you were starving, and then feeling guilty over wasting food you "aren't eating."

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. During the beginning of the year getting satisfied was all I wanted because I was so used to it. I was so goddamn lean without even trying too. I guess being poor as balls is good for something after all.
