Still have some lower back rounding going on. Trying to focus more on leg drive.
Weighing in at around 215lbs

Congrats man! I'm jealous of that number.
Thanks dude.
A note, I fucked up the video editing. The first pull is 530, and the final pull is 515. The second is the 540.

Most excellent.
You know, the old 515 lift vid was fine ... that's far more than 99% of everybody can lift.
540 is very heavy indeed.
Varrot varrot.

and @ 215.
Now drop 50lbs and fix your form... :toothy9:
Excellent lift, I only have 400 more lbs until I'm up there with you :).

My form at 490 is fine, this is ME work =P
Thanks for the comments.
what is 'ME' work? sorry to ask. Incredible lifting by the way!
Maximal effort, basically working up to a 1 rep max (or 3 or 5, or whatever your rep range is). Form will go a little out the window, but I got a buddy of mine who competes that said that my deadlift would pass all but the strictest of powerlifting standards, so good enough for me, haha.

The fact that you can lift up 2.5 times your body weight is surreal.

All things considered, you're form really wasn't that bad. There was no hitching, and while slow, the movement was smooth and steady. I've haven't watched it since yesterday, and its hard to tell from the angle, but IIRC it appeared that you really weren't outlifting one side with the other either.
As far as the rounding goes, are you doing good mornings as part of training? I recently started doing those as part of the program I'm on, and its made a big different in the quality of both my squats and deadlifts. I like them enough that during the supplemental times I have, I'm going to add them as a regular weekly auxillary lift. Westside guys (meaning actually Westside guys like Tate and Simmons) rave about them. Having done them a big now, I can see why.
