School opened in Oct. 07 but class had been held at another facility for a year previous. We had a good bit of weapons defense but dont train w/ weapons much. All techniques were scrutinized by doctors and scientist so each maneuver works to the maximum effectiveness. More ground fighting than stand up but approximately 75% of the technique can be used anywhere. We work just as well with multiple attackers as with single attackers. The school has a very traditional style where most modern hapkido has been adapted by Tae Kwon Do and almost completely omits ground work. By far the best place for me to be.
