...It's just been renamed M-1 Global. Anybody catch it? It was on HDnet for free. It was overwhelmingly like a pride event without the music. The ring was white, the gloves were blue, the tape was pink, the ref was Uchi Shamata, the announcer was the guy with the mohawk and the scary lady, Fedor fought, Mach fought, knees to the head were legal, it was entertaining.

I enjoyed it more than other non UFC shows like strikeforce, EliteXC, etc. and if it had the music and a little more showmanship it would have looked exactly like a Pride event.

Did anybody else watch?
