We need to build the ranks of referee's for Pankration. Our next tournament is Nov 4th at Santa Ana high School. We want to run 4 mats so we need about 10 referee's, 2 per mat plus some to give breaks. Two or three of our regular refs will not be available.

If you have previously competed in Pankration and are now either an Instructor or Professional Fighter we will start you at $20 an hour. Same goes for instructors who's students have regularly competed. You will still be able to coach if you need to.

We always work in pairs and a Chief Referee is required on each mat so you will never be alone.

No need to apply if you have no experience with our events.

We will have a Referee Clinic at 9:45 am at the next tournament on Nov 4th

Damn, but I wish I lived closer to you.

We have only had one org start a similar tournament to yours here. And they have only held one event so far. It was great for our team to fight in it.

This type of tournament really let all of the local clubs compete against each other on a broad scale.

Thanks for the responses. I think we are good to go now but if your still interested in learning to ref you can still show up and attend the referee clinic at 10 am and of course we still invite everyone to compete in the tournament.
