Basically we'd have it set up so the daily Crossfit feed posts a new thread in this forum and you post your results of your workout here.

What do you think?

Today's workout, for example:

Holy ****, somebody stole my last name.

This actually sounds like a really cool idea.

Sure, why not.

I much prefer this sort of workout as i don't have time/energy to be lifting weights for an hour.

So would the post be the Workout of the Day posted on Crossfit's site?

Yeah, but I'd rig the RSS feed to post a thread here so we can reply on our own forum.

You should have it post into a sub forum so it doesn't get lost and to make looking them up easier.

+1 - A lot of people probably dont give a **** about crossfit too, so it would become a pain to wade through lots of threads about it (I'm assuming after a while it will build up somewhat). The thread about crossfit posted today doesn't really stand out much in this forum.
