So I recently was let go by my employer in Cincinnati b/c they moved the office to CA and decided that it would be more cost effective to get rid of the small office staff rather than take them to CA (although when I was hired I was told they were taking the staff with them) and give them a cost of living increase.

Consequently I moved back to Columbus where I could live relatively rent free while I look for a new employer, preferably in Col. Upon learning of my plans to move my MT coach in Cincinnati (click the litter red house for details) asked me start a satellite program in Columbus. If it had enough students he would come up a couple of times a month and teach and it would give me an opportunity to still train MT and maybe put a few bucks in my pocket.

Now we come to the begging portion of my post. I have found a space to hold classes, I will even have some access to heavy bags. What I do not have is focus mitts or thai pads. My coach can get me new ones at a huge discount, but that doesn't really help me since I'm unemployed and can't afford to put money into this right away.

So if any of my fellow Bullies have old focus mitts / thai pads that they are planning on getting rid of and would like to donate I would greatly appreciate it. I have no problem duct taping a bunch of old equipment and getting a few extra miles out of it. If anyone is interested in donating pls PM me the info and I'll let you know where to send it.
