Correction -> "Powerlift Stats"
Yes yes I know I already posted something by this title and I'm sorry. I forgot to include the age of each person, and to add powerclean weights.
Would everyone post their weights of Deadlifts, Squats, bench, powercleans, and be sure to include your age.
My stats:
Deadlift: 285lbs x 3
Bench: 165lbs x 8
Squat: 205lbs x 8
Powercleans: 145lbs
Age: 18
Sorry for the repost.
Powerclean isn't a powerlifting movement.
Is there any real reason you're gathering all this data again?

Correction -> "Powerlift Stats"Done.
And what Emevas said. A power clean (aka clean and jerk) is a olympic lift, not a powerlift one. Perhaps you should use the more generic term "weight lifting" in this data-collecting crusade of yours.
Yes yes I know I already posted something by this title and I'm sorry. I forgot to include the age of each person, and to add powerclean weights. You also forgot to include height and weight, which are also factors. :BangHead:
Deadlift: 550lbs X 8
Bench: 465lbs x 15
Squat: 500lbs x 8
Powercleans: 315 x 6
:toothy9: :toothy9: :toothy9:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 195lbs
Yah, of course I'm lying.
Carry on.
In case you missed it, I pulled those numbers out of the air. Nobody else in this thread will, so don't worry Sev.
Real answer: 5'9" 215 lbs (after a good ****), 31 years of age.
Deadlift is the only lift on that list I regularly do. I don't measure my 1rm, I usually just gradually add weight when I can do a final set (out of 3-5 sets) of 6 reps cleanly.
Last workout I did 280lbs for 4 sets of 6 with 1 minute rest between.
An online calculator tells me that 6 reps of that weight puts my 1rm at about 325lbs.
Maybe I could do more, but I'm happy to stick in the 4-6 rep range because it feels safe and I still see gradual progress at the moment.

My PR's were
Bench-345
Squat- 315
Dead-465
5'11" @175
I los a good bit of that now that I have been doing fight prep, more cardio and conditioning.
I can still hit a 405 dead easy, a 275 bench no prob, and a 245 front squat, I have stopped back squatting.
Those numbers, for your bodyweight read like a serious powerlifting competitor's. How long have you been lifting?

Hey thanks to all those with serious posts, and for who with fake posts, this thread is for people who actually train. I broke my squat record yesterday with 205 x 10 and 225 x 5, well, 4.5. Keep posting and remember to include:
Deadlift
Squat
Benchpress
Powerclean (sorry, I thought it was a powerlift)
Age
Weight
Height
Are you looking for a benchmark to measure your progress by ? I use this for lack of having a strength coach or any kind of training library :-
http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.htm
By these standards, I'm novice/intermediate level for my bodyweight (about right for the training time given), El Macho is intermediate/advanced and Li Guy's personal records, for his bodyweight put him in the advanced/elite strength athelete categories. (I remember somebody else posting to say they'd seen him deadlift over 400 before).
