i dont think ive seen any and allmost no acrobatics allthough there are many time where i have noticed that a spining backflip might cause the fighter to win the fight becuse can be unpredictble at times

That was cool to watch but the sad fact is that it's a WAYYYYY to high risk vs reward. If the dude just did it on impulse then he has shitty impule control. If the guy actually practiced it then I feel for him. Just imagine how much **** can go wrong in that. But then again ya never make it to the highlight reels playin it safe right????

I see backflips all the time in MMA. Just watch George St Pierre or Cung Le.... after a fight. They often do backflips and acrobatics as part of their 'victory dances.'

still though no one explaind why they dont at least not alot
Because in a fight it's completely stupid and fights in MMA don't work like the movies
Sexy_Pizza should take up a musical instrument. I'd suggest the BAN-jo.

Can't you just be satisfied with Sakuraba's antics?

Yeah, this has bothered me a while. What happened to all of our butterfly kicks, spinning backflips? Why don't people in MMA competitions fly like in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon? Why don't we see any 360 degree flying roundhouse double-heelflip kicks?
It's bothered me for a while.
