Body stomps are allowed as per Rudy's Rules To MMA Fighting. :)
I suppose he realized long ago that there's not much risk involved in such an unrestricted ruleset if he never intends to show up...

He may as well have agreed to wrapping your fists with rattlesnakes and fighting on molten poo.

So my Coach last night decided to do something new with me near the end of training.

He told me to lie in the corner of the ring. Exhale and flex your stomach, he said. So I did the first time. He says" Good, now do it again!" Then he stomps me in the gut. Hard.

I almost threw up. I'm screaming at him, "Don't you think you should tell me first before you try to kill me?!" Anyways, he proceeds to do 10 of them, for 3 sets. Stomping hard the last set.

I fucking hated it. I'm passing it on to Rudy if he shows up.

LOL ..... haha .... I wish I saw that.

I thought kicking a downed opponet in the body was allowed in the new unified MMA rules (see GSP's Axe kick). Not sure about amateur MMA though...can anyone correct/inform me?

"Honor" is like a zany cartoon character on the packaging for a sugary sweet cereal (MA style) marketed mostly to kids, to make up for or hide the fact that there's a complete lack of any nutritional value (fighting skill) in the product they're selling.
