Besides being the trainers for the actors of 300 does anyone know of www.gymjones.com (http://www.gymjones.com)? More specifically what are there training methodology. I have looked around there site but struggle to find infomation besides they are hardcore and are going to hunt you down if you steal their info. From what I understand they slow moves (squat) at 1rpm for strength and fast moves (olympic lifts) at 1rpm for power. Anyone got any more info?

Search function n00b.
With that out of the way, Gymjones is an offshoot of Crossfit (http://www.crossfit.com). Their philosophy on diet and exercise is this:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
Gymjones "left the fold" a few years ago over some reason or another. They're both essentially the same, just with different attitudes.
