The theme to the tv series also happens to be Josh Barnett's entrance theme.

He probably changed it since the last time I've seen him, but I remember him using "You Wa Shock" as his entrance.
You Wa Shock
Sweet. I have a copy of the "movie" which was really a condenced first season of HTNK. Come to think of it, Tough Boy was for the HTNK 2 series. Good song, actually.

No, but check out the first New Fist of The North Star DVD. In the extras section, that's me in the grey shirt getting Muay Thai and BJJ techniques demonstrated on by my instructor.
You need, yknow, muscles for that cosplay.
You'd mentioned that before. Actually, I happened to stop in one video rental place here in the FSM and there was such a DVD, but it only had episodes and not extras. It was probably pirate; the FSM doesn't recognize international copyright law so it's actually totally legal to make cheap burned copies of DVDs and rent them out for money. I actually asked the guy to play it for me, and I explained how someone I know appeared in extras for that show. He definitely saw me looking disappointed when it was only episodes and not extras. So, there you go. Hedge's been mentioned to a random video store guy in a developing country.

So i'm impulsively checking out one of the banner ads (mrlepp.com) at the bottom of the page. When I click on their "instructors" section, guess what I should find:

Yeah, cross-training and Seth's dojo don't go together well. I'd be surprised if he'd trained anywhere else.

"he" ???
how about "they" ...
They looked as bad as I do on the ground . This is twice in two days I have seen video of people grappling that made me feel like I wasn't dead in the water when I hit the ground .
Anyone have a clue as to what the rule set was ?

Normally I'd hate making a gay grappling joke (pot, kettle and all that jazz) but I think the ruleset was for Sethipoo to lay there while the old man got his rocks off. At least that's the only reason I can see for his total lack of movement on the bottom. Hey, at least the generic annoying rock music covered up the groans of pleasure...
How did we never know of this school before, guys? This is a school with a veritable mountain of questionable history and claims... just in our backyard?
Oh, and if Seth has a black belt in this art, what is he doing jumping ship to an entirely different art? I know he's not still cross-training, or at least, cross-training was heavily discouraged when I trained at Kelsoe's dojo (or maybe that was just me cross-training that was discouraged).

I don't seem to remember Kendall every discouraging cross-training.
Perhaps you are mistaken.
