Well the one time I did it it worked and I threw the guy. But thats really the only time I faced SBK and did that. I'll play with it though thanks.

Considering a SBK is thrown when the opponent is coming forward alot of the time, I think you'd have to have god like reaction time to stuff the kick.

Sidestep, punch to the face.... or move back with no other option...

TKD is good for your spinning cpunter kicks, grab a partner and let them throw a round house spin away from it and counter with a jump spinning hook, jump spinning back kick, or jump spinning side kick, once you train them a little they become pretty easy to throw. The only down side is if you miss you will get taken down, or punched. So you have to train them for a while before you can actually use them in comps.

Only problem is your countwering kicks all the time. They train those to counter the occasional punch... that would be great. Timing is alot different...

Pretty much everything starting from page 13 has been sarcastic.

Remind me not to waste my time sharing techniques that actually work next time.

And you'll be out of breath before the end of the round.

Put it this way we get together every weekend about 10 of us, and we spar and roll for about four to five hours straight usually i am the only one who keeps going continueously, everyone says I am a machine becuase of my cardio, i thank TKD though.

Counter kicks to punches are side kicks front kicks and rund houses, any half ass fighter would know that, unless your a boxer then you bob and weeve, and eventually you will bob right into a kick because boxers are'nt used to them.

Are you a retard?

I don't expect you to know the answer to this question, but try...

(Since I know you're retarded, it's a bit of a rehtorical question, but I'm just enjoying the thought of you squirming and debating trying to figure out the answer)

Don't do it unless your are absolutely sure or they are in a daze.

None of the ones I've seen successfully used in MMA, kickboxing or TKD comps were used under that circumstance. Yet they still worked.
