Most scientists live and die by something called peer review. Essentially people publish their data and experimental results so that other people can redo their experiments hopefully leading to a greater correlation. Its a great way for people to check data and get a better understanding of the world around them. It works much better than opinion, which really is all you have.

No. Sex energy is......like a air pressure. If you do kung fu right, you build up your body to withstand say 500 lbs per square inch. Then depending on how healthy you are and what is going on in your day, your body may or may not have 500 lbs per square inch in it. Maybe you are sick or haven't eaten so your pressure is only 450 lb/sq in, or maybe you just got finished practicing and your air pressure is 500 full lbs/sq in.

Intercourse is much better for the body. This could be a big discussion right here. And it would help explain why masturbation is bad. With intercourse, it is the other person who handles your penis.
