DahnMuDo is an energy-based, non-combative, healing martial art, with roots dating back thousands of years Since they (DMD) have got this very cheeky "18-joint dance" on their website (really worth checking out!), I thought I'd post another version of a joint dance:

Chicken start to dance after the 5th joint, I think...
That is if there are any chicken around at the given moment.
If there are none, they start dancing nonetheless after the 12th joint.
