As far as I know ninjitsu systems are ussually about balance most practitioners are very agile due to the training such as the lotus poles(my be wrong about the name of the device sorry if I am)but my humble opinion is that ninjitsu is a fairly new art with many elements of othe rarts thrown in. if anybody has legitimate ninjitsu info please share.
