Looks like he's taking his training for this challenge match seriously.. Hahaha I'm sure I saw the "bone marrow" guy from the internal MAP meet in there. He's the one that said "You need to strike into the bone marrow". It also features RobP pretending to be a dalek - they do this drill when you hold out your fist and walk towards someone, and they have to dodge your outstretched arm. I think this must be a move that every systema student masters early in their training -- I've seen systema guys turn their back loads of times and their partner never tries to capitalise. They obviously know that they'd be placing their kneecaps in extreme jeopardy.

Hot damn , that is ground breaking I didn't recognize it for what it is . Rob has complete control over his sparing partners , able to throw devastating knees and elbows at will . I thought judo has some fat takedowns ... the ones Rob uses in combination with his mental powers and internal alignment could turn MMA upside down .
