havent seen the vids yet but there were def some surprises in this one... Souwer got *knocked the **** out* in the final by buakaw. Buakaw also knocked out Sato. guess he was fucking pissed about the ripoff bullsht they pulled on him last year.

upon further review of video footage- buakaw is not a human being. nobody can go from holding someones leg to hitting them across the face that fast.even on the slow-mo replay you couldnt see that ****.

Dude, Buakaw was so fucking bad ass this tournament. He waltzed in there like a pro, totally completely relaxed, and fucked every body up WITH PUNCHES, the one thing everyone has been saying Buakaw sucked at. This was pretty much the first sporting event (aside from Kat's wins I mean) that had me pretty much jumping up and down in my seat. All the fights were really fucking good, and Buakaw's performance was even a step up from what I've seen of him before. The man is incredible.

yeah his punching has improved by an incredible amount. ****, he outboxed virgil kalakoda who is a pure boxer in the eliminations.

Was impressed by Kohi as well. too often in fights he gives up but he showed balls in that one even when he was getting battered. the only one who didnt impress me was souwer- stop bitching at the ref and fight already >_<

all the fights this year were really excellent, but it was damn satisfying to see Buakaw KO Andy Souwer.

shame it didnt show the drago vs buakaw fight, that also looked like a good old one sided thrashing

yeah I hope someone gets a hold of the full fight and the superfights at some point and posts them. The highlight of that fight looked pretty entertaining with Drago getting frustrated and screaming at Buakaw and Buakaw mimmicking his spinning crescent kick.

I also found it hilariously bad when Buakaw called Drago an "easy fighter" in that post tourney interview.

He's gonna own K-1 for a little bit, I think.

The scary thing is that in Thailand, he was known for elbows. Imagine fighting him under full thai rules these days.

At least in the highlight it looked like he was just toying with Drago. Buakaw was laughing when he threw that spinning kick and still had a big cheesy grin when he fell on his ass.

That show was awesome, best K-1 show I´ve seen, simple as that. Buakaw was a fucking machine. Souwer was great too, he had tougher fights earlier the night and was all cut and bruised up before fighting Buakaw but still did pretty well and was winning the fight before he got caught with that punch IMO.

Buakaw was a monster, I'm glad to see him doing so friggin well. I can't wait to see him fight again after watching that!
