By the way, expiration dates are there for a reason.

It's still OK but only as a rectal suppository.
You have to ingest it directly now. Try snorting it.

If you're going to snort you might as well pop and if you're going to pop then you might as well MAINLINE.

Would you eat expired eggs, meat, fish, vegetables, yogourts?

That depends, is the protein in them expired?

freebase it. heating it up so much will probably kill whatever grew in there.

You ask "Is this stuff still any good?".
I suggest checking the expiration date!!!!!
Yeah, whey protein is moderately hygroscopic (v.), but unless you live in the rain-forest, or keep it in the closet with the cat's litter box, it should be/taste fine if it's only a couple of months past due.
Out of curiousity, what brand/flavor is it?

expiration dates are rough guidelines.
Just eat it.
I'm still working on some that expired about 6 years ago.
It used to taste like vanilla, but now it tastes like almonds, mango, and blue cheese,
and when I consume it, I can see through time.

Must be the ergot flavored protein.
