Get the TPB ocalled Thanos Quest. Thanos is the main character and he discovers that the Soul Gems are artifacts of a God who created the universe. He goes to collect them and he and The Champion have one of my Favorite powered fights.

Yeah, that is what I mean by continuity. DC has character history problems. Marvel has power level problems that are equally as bad.

I mean the Surfer fights entities like Thanos and The Elders then gets beat byThor. Yet, Thanos went toe to Toe with Odin??????????????????

You guys keep using Thor like hes a wimp. Thor SHOULD be able to stand up to guys like Surfer, Thanos, etc. He's a fucking GOD as well. The fact that they make him way powered down is criminal. Thor is supposed to be the next in line to Odin and Odin is on a cosmic level as power is concerned.

Galactus is the embodiment of existence and non-existence, brother to Eternity and Death, granted surfer the power cosmic that allows him surpass his class 100 strength, time travel, grant life(or is it just heal the injured and dying ?), manipulate matter on the molecular(atomic?) level, FTL speed, force fields, power blasts etc...

He should have at least an edge on Thor powerwise if not on fighting experience.

Surfer can't grant life he can heal and restore if the person just passed.

He doesn't surpass Thor on a fighting level just on a powerlevel but the limits of the ODINPOWER, afaik, are not known and there has been more than one occasion where Thor had it.

I remember they killed her off- she was a chick with long black hair, but other than that human. Her girlfriend was blonde but I don't remember her name, if that is rachel helsing then it might be her.

I not only knew Thor and Odin have been dead but I bitched about how Thor was handled before that, especially that LOST GODS crap!!!

Thor should be one of the major asskicker in Marvel, alont with Black Panther on a lower level, but they **** him up royally!!! Hell did you see what they did to Beta Ray Bill!!!!
