I hurt myself last year doing leg presses, 10 45's on each side. So I believe this 100 percent. Yea right.

Good point. The highest I've seen a LP go up to was 14X45 lb plates on each side [1260].



It might be possible to get it up to 2000 lbs if you had access to those old skool 100lb plates that no gym seems to have anymore.

You can special order those, my store did it a few times.

I know Ronnie Coleman leg presses over 2000lbs, but that's on some sorta special built machine.

And if he's doing them at his house or gym that they filmed it at, there's no way he can fit it all in. I like how he pushes with his arms to help his legs too.
