What a load of ****. I specifically stated that I do NOT want to troll MAP, that's why I never went into the TKD, Aikido, or Ninjer forums.

Not as such, but you can view it as that if you like. I think (and I don't speak for the admins, and I don't know their reasons) this would have been done because of the hostility of late, and was an effort to see if this person honestly wanted to be part of MAP or was just interested in trolling. I'm just relaying the info I have on this. If anyone else if having similar troubles, let me know, and I'll look into it.

For future reference (if you are still interested in posting on MAP) people that are binned are notified via email (so make sure you have an up to date email address listed) of the binning. I believe this email also contains info on how to contest it if you feel it was done wrongly. Either way, your account is active now. For what it's worth, it may have been a misreading of your post.

Strangely enough with firefox and cookies allowed for session only ... I haven't had ANY issues . But I did back when I tried I.E. a few weeks ago .

I still can't view the boards. I deleted my cookies, then go onto the main page fine. Logged in, and now it's in "lag mode" again.

I joined MAP yesterday. My ID - same as here - was apparently approved. I listed the MAP user Phrost as the referral.

I'll let my posting history here at bullshido speak for itself as to whether MAP thinks I'll be a naughty boy on their site.

Does that mean I'll troll? I'll let the the mad MAPers decide whether I am one of those people to bin, ban, lag, lug, warn, or wanahokalloogie.

This issue effects both platforms. When Matt_B and I tested PSB's account we did it with both firefox and IE after clearing cookies. View this situation as you like. I don't see it as the same as a lag hack, and it certainly wasn't done on the scale that you think it was (it was a precaution to prevent trolling). You may not agree with the tactic, but that's all it was. There was no malicious intent. but in the end I can't change your minds. I hope I've answered all you questions to satisfaction.

I don't know if there's any other ways I can contribute to this thread, so I'll monitor it, but only offer up info as I can. After I meet with Asia about instructing at the Meet I'll post what I got out of it.
