I'll have you know, sir, Phrost aspires to taste MY jizz, not vice cersa!

Shows what you know!

Furthermore, we will tilt at windmills if we want to: because through testing, we will find out what it takes to beat one. It is a testament to the MAP mentality that you think tilting at windmills is futile, because you've never actually fought one (Or anythingelse for that matter). You've theorized about it, discussed it, drawn a few diagrams, possibly even developed a compliant windmill drill to work out the intricasies, hid it in a form and were done with it.

Basically, if one were to be able to defeat a windmill, it would be us, cuz we will actually take a crack at it.

A Quixote reference. You totally rock. :)

I would absolutely come, if at all possible. I'm going to have some free time this summer and woulld try to make it work. I'm big and not very good, but I think a MAP/BS meet is a great idea.

. If someone has asked to go stand up, box, weapons, light contact, hard contact... I've said sure, let's go.

I've never claimed to be big and bad. I do claim to both put up and when necessary shut up.

I'm looking forward to hearing the folks line up to talk about what you've done.

Thanks,

- Matt

1. So do I. I'm always down for a good spar.

2. IF somebody thinks I'm talking a lot of **** about how good I am, I'll gladly put up. Now you can show me where I've done this.

3. Why would anyone talk about all the great things I've done? I have not done any great things worth talking about. I train hard and realistically, here that's considered pretty cool, but only avarage.

You're still obviously missing the point.

I like the idea too, and it's been suggested a few times before.

But people from MAP have always been welcomed at Throwdowns, so it's not really a big deal. Plus, the ones who desepreately need to pressure test their skills are the ones least likely to show anyway.

Andy? Don Quixote was written by Cervantes, not Dumas. Dumas wrote "The Three Musketeers" and "The Count of Monte Cristo.

I see your knowledge of martial arts is matched only by your knowledge of literature.

I didn't see this one earlier -- even better!

Scrapper: Proof you can be a fighter AND educated. The rounded warrior!

Look at you scrap, you're all fancy-samurai-pants on us. You should write some more articles. :)

You're still obviously missing the point. My point is that for some reason or another you've branded me and the way I train as "*****" and infecting bullshido. My point is that unlike you I've actually shown up, put up, and subjected myself to community scrutiny. Unlike you I don't talk a whole lot of crap about other people without backing up what I say in the community.

And unlike you I've shown up for bullshido arranged meets when less than four people have been there because I've got a commitment to cross training and learning.

So basically, what I'm trying to say is that before you talk **** about someone elses approach and training regime, then you better make sure your house is in order.

You're exactly the type of trash talking a-hole who give bullshido a bad name. Internet tiger with nothing to back up a ton of ****-talk except a ton of excuses. Full of ego and so fricking sure of yourself without ever showing your face. Me, I'd like to think I've been tapped enough in my life to know when to talk **** and when not to.

So unless you've got something substantive to bring, our discussion is over.

Not that it means anything really. It's mostly point-sparring karate.
