Sternum? Side kicks are useless on everything but destroying the knees!! That and fighting wooden planks and such brought to life vis unnatural means.

What you don't understand is that at SBG we do everything with aliveness. We use specailly made boards that do indeed fight back. Why do you think the holder is holding it so tight?

There's no point to board breaking, period.

Matt Thornton is some guy that loves Bruce Lee's Straight Blast (tm) and has a gym where they learn nothing but the Straight Blast (tm).

You go it all wrong. Matt Thornton is the world champion of board breaking. He holds a 7th degree black belt in board breaking and a 10th degree black belt in brick breaking. His breaking technique is thought to be so deadly that he no longer is allowed to spar.
