I cancelled my cable so I have to go to the gym at 10PM and do cardio for an hour and a half just to watch the show.
I'd rather be drinking beer. Good beer.

****, fuckity, ****. The dude from Canada is good, but I wanted the New Yorker to win just to piss Ed Herman off.

I think Shamrock fucked up picking a S&C coach/bodybuilder as one of the trainers instead of a grappling coach, especially since he hasn't been giving them any hands-on training yet.
And Tito's way of coaching is awesome, I always like a good instructor who wants to bleed and sweat right along with you.
The brits are hilarious, and the BC boy won, Tito had a heart to heart with the boys about "the harsh realities of losing," I'm happy with the season so far.

I'd rather be drinking beer. Good beer. After my BJJ tournament on Saturday I will be doing this. A LOT of this. Until then, I've banned myself from beer advocate and all other reminders of the delicious ambrosia. The bars around here have a special edition Bluegrass Brewing Company release (Jefferson Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout, 9.0% ABV and incredibly tasty . . . vanilla and chocolate all over the place) that knocks my socks off. I'm parking my butt at a bar--BY MYSELF if I have to--and downing them until I fall off a stool.

My respect for Tito went up 1000% after watching him coach. He actually comes across as a fairly nice guy, as well.

My instructor Mike Stine from TSK @ Great Neck is in TUF 3.
Is this the same one that was crying when he was getting hit on the ground?

Shamrock may be a shitty coach. But you have to admire his take no prisoners approach.

There shouldn't be any admiration if it amounts to no results, because of his shitty coaching.
Frank Shamrock commented that Ken was too old-school and couldn't evolve, and I guess that's what's going on with the choice of a questionable diet coach over a submission coach. Maybe his students will mutiny on him and ask for one. Good TV.

I got to the gym early at 9:40 to watch the show only to find out it started at 9:00. Their fucking schedule online showed it starting at 10:00 with an encore at 11:30.
So I figured I watch the encore after the show got over...nope. Time for ultimate knockouts.
Somebody is going to die.
On a positive note, I tried Hoegaarden's White Beer on tap on Saturday. It almost made up for tonight. Almost.
My beef with the show is this:
Why is every person from Hawaii who gets on some reality show some fucking ignorant drunk dumbfuck asshole?!?!?!?! I mean ****!! SERIOUSLY!! He calls out the Brits in drinking, then pusses out after they start drinking him under the table. Then he starts crying about being "disrespected" when they call him a lightweight. AND he fucking SPITS ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN!!! Jesus Christ, I hate these morons.
I also hate that whiny fucking "I'm a badass short-tempered Irish toughie". What a fucking crybaby.
And yeah, my respect for Tito tripled (and my respect for Shamrock dropped a bit) after seeing this initial show.

An old friend of mine is actually good friends with him. Small world.
Is this the same one that was crying when he was getting hit on the ground?
Unforunately he was the same person. Crying after fight yes. Crying while getting pounded no. Going ahhhH! while getting pounded yes.
In my views of fight, his capabilities were end product of curriculm of TSK which imo is 40-50% conditioning/karate, 20-25% kick box, 20-25% subs, 5% takedown. I think I'm going to supplement more groundwork by cross-training BJJ or more Judo.

Ahhhh, it feels so good to sleep 8 hours!!!! Jeeeez, I didn't even remember what that felt like... anyways...

I can understand bringing a nutritionist for a quick seminar, but as a coach, and no grappling coach at all?? And on top of that, confide to the guys that he doesn't now much JJ... and not bringing a grappling coach?
I think he fucked up big time, and his guys MUST mutiny or something. They can't let their team loyalties to Shamrock stop them from having Shamrocks' medieval thinking screw up their chances to make it big.
As for Tito, yeah, my opinion of him changed 100% - he may be a jackass sometimes, but he seems to be doing things right.

HAHAHAAAAA. Calling out Brits in drinking. HAHAHAAA.
I can't watch the show (not being in NA and all), which is a pity for the fights but I'm hella sure the Bullshido summary is far more entertaining then actually watching and waiting for something interesting to happen.

I also hate that whiny fucking "I'm a badass short-tempered Irish toughie". What a fucking crybaby.I know man, this Ed Herman is a fucking moron badass wannabe with serious insecurities. I mean, to say "Tito didn't pick me, so I don't like him no more. He picked the New Yorker cuz he is prettier" :homo: :llorar:
... Jeeez, not even chick drama queens talk like that... actually they do, which only shows that the "Irish toughie" may have marshmallows grapped in shamrock leaves instead of real, meaty cojones. :homo: :tard: :llorar:
I predict this fucker has serious emotional issues and insecurities. To comment on the New Yorker's apparent good looks (??????) - he has to be a fucking insecure moron, and I can't wait to see someone pounding the **** out of him and send him packing home with his tail between his legs. :dead:
On another note, the New Yorker had some awesome hands... too bad he didn't have any ground game at all.
Deaf fighter's (Matt Hamill) fights are going to be interesting for sure. Since he can't hear ringside verbal communcations during the fight and his going to have to stay within visual range to read lips for any communication. It's going to be very interesting to see how Tito and any of coaches deal with this scenario.
Edit: Looked up fighter's name
