Yeah, I live right by the Mississippi River, next to the gateway into St. Louis, so yeah, of course there's like, cows and farms and Amish people all over, no cars, dirt roads and such. Your an idiot. Think about the location before you insult it. East Alton is a city. A city next to a metropolis as big as Chicago. If I wanted, I could have a mix of all cultural experiences, from the farmland to the city, and I have, seeing that I've attended 4 different high schools in my time, so you can suck my, and East Alton's balls. While East Alton may have balls, you most certainly do not. And noy you could not have a mix of all cultural experiences, because you have no money with which to experience this plethora of cultural wealth.
I have yet again, not said **** about my fighting ability, instead using a Maddox-like boast to bring attention to my diet regimen, which is far superior than anything you could spew out of that tiny brain of yours, or shove in your gigantic mouth. Yeah, I'll readily admit that I'd probably get tore up at a throwdown, seeing that I haven't actively participated in instructed martial arts practice in over 4 years, but I'd bet my life that I'd take one of you motherfuckers down, because I still practice what I've been taught, and I do what's important on a weekly basis: spar. Then take samurai steve up on his offer, show up at the 10th Chicago throwdown. Allow samurai steve to write up the results of the incredibly shredded baofuhaibo's performance. My guess is we will all get a very good laugh.
And what's the problem with the YWCA? Weights are weights. Gravity still works there I'm afraid. Come back with a better insult. No better insult in my opinion. Well, maybe when you start training at Curves...
Nice use of my quote though. I was already fired before I said it. She told me I'm fired, and because I hate the bitch, I wigged out in front of customers, coworkers, and managers, and I broke a chair on the way out. If I saw her at any later point in time, I'd headbutt her in the teeth. I hate her more than I hate AkiraMusashi. And I don't know how many times I have to tell your face, I mean people, that I don't train aesthetically. I guess you'll have to google that word, because you don't understand it.Fucking young turd, you are so naive and so stupid it's actually painful.
Regarding telling me things, you haven't told me one thing yet. You've written a lot of worthless crap. By the way, you don't have to google everything you don't understand. There's this great invention called a dictionary, but considering you're a dropout, I'm not really surprised you've never heard of it.
You claim not to train aesthetically, yet all your self-masturabatory prose is dedicated to how good-looking your body is, how ripped, and you constantly beg people to go to your posted pictures to see how good you look. Do yourself a favor, how about YOU look up aesthetically and learn what it means.
Oh, and most of my supplements come from
1. Old and out of shape people who I know, who no longer need the supplementation or just don't want it.
2. Friends who buy me presents because I'm badass, and they should.
3. On clearance at GNC, with a Gold Card discount that makes everything cost less than 8 dollars.Let's see, you get your supplements by stealing from old or out-of-shape people, from the charity of others, or the expired crap at GNC (pretty much guaranteeing it is worthless yet expensive crap). Yeah, you rock...
I don't worry about my diet and I'm trying to find a job. Thank you, Suggestion Boy, now go run along and find yourself a chicken flavored cereal bar.You don't worry about your diet?! Then what the **** was this thread, titled "Nutritional Timing" in case you fucking forgot, all about?? You are tremendously worried about your diet. You are also borderline nuerotic about peer acceptance and approval judging from your posts. And based on what you said to your last boss (even though it was AFTER you were fired), your lack of education, your outright stupidity and your inability to sell yourself, I predict a long series of job failure.

Yes. I am poor. Thanks for reminding me, I almost forgot. Oh and also thank you for deciding which of us(a human being or a town) has balls.
Then take samurai steve up on his offer, show up at the 10th Chicago throwdown. Allow samurai steve to write up the results of the incredibly shredded baofuhaibo's performance. My guess is we will all get a very good laugh.

I thought Curves was strictly a group excercise place. I don't know, but since your lacking a penis maybe you can tell me.
Fucking young turd, you are so naive and so stupid it's actually painful.
Young turd. You lowered my I.Q. with that one.

Wow. I thought they were myths, these "dictionaries". I'm glad you cleared that up for me.

It's a good thing you know for sure and have witnessed me begging people to look at my photos. I don't ask people, they just look. I'm just tired of people saying that I'm in the gym for 5 hours a day and only eat salads. Like I said, I'm answering questions that people haven't asked. I'm explaining how I got this way when most people who train like me are fatasses. Even Koto-Ryu doesn't look all that good, and he trains like there's no tomorrow.
Let's see, you get your supplements by stealing from old or out-of-shape people, from the charity of others, or the expired crap at GNC (pretty much guaranteeing it is worthless yet expensive crap). Yeah, you rock...
Yet again, you have insinuated that I said that I rock, which I didn't. Most powdered products don't expire until long after their sell by dates when kept in good condition, and yes I do drink a protein shake while I'm working out. Your muscles are very complicated, and during the most stressfull time of day, they need protein now.

Yet again I say, this thread was about answering questions that were never asked, plus I would indeed like some imput from the smartest people I've ever witnessed adding their collective opinions on a forum. This board is entitled "Physical Training, Diet, and Health". I think diet fits in there somewhere.
P.S. Dear Ghandi, thank you for predicting my future of job failure. Now I know my true course in life.

where did you get the idea that your muscles need to be refueled during there use. Do you think the body has no reserves. If you can drink anything thicker than water while your working out, your not working out hard enough.

Key point there is that people haven't asked. As it is Poidog is right and this thread looks like an exercise in self gratification or a plea for attention.
I should go to a throwdown just to go on a hand kissing tour of Bullshido, because the rest of you should bow down to my kickass diet and training and my largely superior brain. The rest of you peasants could learn a thing or 7 from me.
You really didn't post anything particularly insightful nor did you post any new concepts that aren't easily available to anyone via a simple search. Pretty much anyone who does any sort of serious strength training is familiar with these ideas.
Things that would have made the thread more interesting would have been you discussing the concepts used to build your diet. Such as how do you determine your caloric ratios and what exactly is important about macronutrient intake timing. Rather just saying you rock becuase you drink a shake during your workout you may want to explain about the relation to strength training, insulin levels, and cortisol and how timing your intake of certain kinds of proteins with your workout and after will aid in muscle growth and reduce catabolism. You could also explain what kind of protein powder you are using and what mechanism you are using to increase absorbption and transport in to the bloddstream. I use a low carb whey blend for instance with a scoop of gatorade during and after my workout but any dextrose base will work. This would further lead into discussion about the different types of protein and their uses such as whey vs cassein.
You did none of this, plus you completely fail to relate any of your work to Martial Arts making your post seem like you jacking off to your own low body fat. If you want to discuss your diet then post it up along with your daily routine including MA training and we can go from there. Otherwise you are just trolling poorly.

WTF? You should specify strength or MA training, because if you are talking about strength training sessions this is untrue.

posts like this would be proof of a largely supierior brain, or atleast one that can think for itself and reason
My diet kicks ass. I get results so quickly now it feels like I'm cheating. Most people who see me think I'm depriving myself of some massive amount of food, water, sex, or time, whilst the truth is so much farther off.
I fill up the rest of my eating schedual with LP to CC meals at a 1:1 with quality fats like fish and olive oil, about 3 more meals, ending the day with cottage cheese, oatmeal and a salad to send me off to sleepyland without hardly any muscle catabolism during my sleeping hours. I eat 7-8 meals training days and 5-6 meals nontraining days.
I drink at least 40 ounces of green tea every day to speed up my metabolism, if I can help it, all my food is spicy, and I never let my drinks get warm(your digestive system has to heat water to higher than room temperature to digest it, the farther it is from that temperature, the more calories are burned in the process. Of course, my protein shakes aren't that cold, because they need to be absorbed quickly)
I consume almost no High Fructose Corn Syrup or Trans Fatty Acids.
I always do full body workouts. More muscle affected, more human growth hormone released, more results.
I do HIIT, agility training and skill training on off days. Total 45 minutes.
posts like this prove you can copy and paste from articles that you found online, and probaly really didn't understand, all your posts dealing with physical training and dieting sound like they were copied verbatim out of men's health like magazines

while i have had strength training sessions that almost had me puking, you are right, please ignore that inane comment, i got caught up in the flaming

Now we're bringing something to the discussion. My diet is modified from the book "Scrawny to Brawny", a book of how to pack more muscle on an ectomorphic physique. I read it, pretty much memorized it, and modified it for my schedual. I took some other knowledge gained from about 500 other books on health and nutrition, and applied it to the basic premise.
I had an arguement once with AkiraMusashi over what time would be best for a protein shake to be administered after a workout. He concluded that you shouldn't eat before or after your workout for like an hour or so(I think), and I told him he was wrong. Your muscles need fuel directly before your workout to carry you through a workout, and during and immediately after the workout to make protein synthesis, which is like, the whole workout. Then about an hour after your workout the repair really begins, so it needs protein that it can digest, but not immediately(I.E., animal or soy protein, not whey or instantized) mixed with a helping of simple or complex carbohydrates, really it's your choice, as long as it's 2:1.
It gets into that "mode" again 3 hours after your workout, then the rest of the day is fine, but remember that you need healthy fats and complex carbs, and I include a protein source at every meal because protein is harder to digest than carbs or fat. I also make sure to eat at least a cup of beans every day to make sure I get enough fiber. Another unfattening device(which also happens to help me ****). I pretty much eat healthy the rest of the day. I eat the oatmeal and cottage cheese because of their ability to put me to sleep and prevent muscle catabolism during my slumber, respectively. They have certain things in them that have those properties, but I forgot what they were.

I have to reply to this. If I sound professional, it means I know what I'm talking about. If I'm copying **** out of a magazine, I'd cite studies like Men's Health does. Develope a basis for hating me, so it's less easy to make fun of you.

please quote me showing my hatred for you and no you don't sound like a professional
i said your posts all the sound the same, they sound like generic good health pamphlets that are sitting in the doctors office
when i say generic, i mean that your posts always sound like your trying to lecture everyone on what they should do, read your fitrst post
ex
: lean protein to complex carbohydrate with a ratio of 2:1
: then i change the ratio for other meals to stop this bioligical funtion
: more muscle worked = more growth hormone
magazines always give a do this because it does this, this doesn't mean you understand why you are eating the way you are
when you say i eat this at this time, because your levels of this are high after a workout which adversely affects muscle growth, so you can counter act the high levels of whatever you are tying to counter act
look at your first post: why a 2:1 ratio and then a 1:1 later, why do you eat that stuff before bedtime or how does that snack stop muscle catabolism, why do you take all those extra supplements, why do you drink a minimum of green tea
explanations behind what you do make a good post, not look what i can remember from a magazine
and finally when your first post ends like this:
I should go to a throwdown just to go on a hand kissing tour of Bullshido, because the rest of you should bow down to my kickass diet and training and my largely superior brain. The rest of you peasants could learn a thing or 7 from me.
