So I heard about pills that promote good joint health and flexibility. I went to look them up and found a few.

Pills (http://www.wonderlabs.com/itemleft.php?itemnum=6413&ad=goowmgluchojm)

Fluidjoint (http://www.quick2you.com/store/index.cfm?frm=details&piid=93&kw=fluidjoint_g)

Anybody?

The first one I'm familiar with the second not but I'm going to look into it. The first one helped me with a knee injury, I took it in conjunction with high strength vitamin C, cod liver oil and another joint supplement called MSM. Expensive but worth it, my knee is fine now, I also had to do exercises to help recovery. I don't like to stay on any pills but sometimes training forces you to.

Glucosamine won't do much for your flexibility, but they do help with joint health and recovery. One problem with them though is that they inhibit calcium and protein uptake to some degree.

As for joint "fluidity" and lubrication, drink more water and take Omega acids. At least you know that these work as well as what's in these, versus the pills listed that have no actual ingredient listing.
