Looks like the Nashville peeps pulled off their first TD in good fashion. They appear to now be a separate entity where they were once piggy backing on Atlanta.

Who is up for extending an invite to them as their own TD Crew? No need for yet another poll just post up here if it's okay with you.

Numbers wise it's looking like with TN in there will be around 20 - 25 folks from outside coming to our event ... a handful of stragglers from other parts of the US included.

35 - 45 gathering for a TD would have a nice impact visually, provide lots of variation during contests and play well before the Press.

Has everyone ... anyone ... posted up their entrance music? Let's get this loose end tied up and put away ASAP. The fewer variables to juggle at the last minute the better.

Groundcontrolba, is a pig and all the fixings going to feed this many? I would like to kick in some Maryland Steamed crabs for our out of town Guests in addition to some Absinthe for anyone crazy enough to actually drink that stuff ... I just like to look at the bottle.

I'm thinking that before anyone drinks Absinthe they should be assigned a designated driver. Just me ... but folks have been sued before when house Guests got **** faced and into a car accident. So ... designated driver for those that dare seems reasonable to me.

I can transport 4 looped Guests and will serve as a designated driver. Need a few more of us to step up for this service. Just use this thread for that as well.

Reads like a plan to me. If we can finalize the food & drink thing on the planning forum that would be great. As it now stands there isn't a single logistical issue in the can and I've read nothing about the fucking Press release.

Summer will be here quicker than people tend to think and the fewer dangling threads the better.

BTW, since no one voiced an objection Nashville is now officially its own TD Crew. They aren't riding with Atlanta ... strictly stand alone. Looks like they will have a core group of somewhere between 8 - 12.

Put up our typical attendance numbers, throw in rough numbers for Atlanta, add in the stragglers coming in from LI, PA, & VA ... looks like we'll have between 40 - 50 freaks on board for this thing. We're damned near a regional event. I love it when a plan comes together.

If you thread search look at our 3rd TD as that's when groundcontrolba convinced John Rallo to give us a chance ... which turned into our Home.

As a quick side note ... we want all our out of town Guests to stay at a Hotel near the school or with one of us. Baltimore is a pocketed City which means you can be enjoying the sights on one block ... turn the corner and be right in the middle of a shooting gallery. We want you all to be safe and have fun.

if its in august i'm down for another bus adventure, and if someone has a yard i'll pitch me tent if thats ok.
