It's actually a long forgotten but recently recovered style of gung-fu know as the "wild horse" style. This style specialises in kicks where the practioner turns away from their opponent, gets into "horse stance" (on all fours) and is able to deliver kicks as strong as a horse!

Why does Janggoon persist in being fucking annoying?

I'd say out of the Korean systems, mainstream WTF TKD does not have the best kicks (assuming that was Janggoon). I'd say any of the original kwans in Korea would have nice kicks, back when the Korean government was nonexistent and wasn't able to bastardize any of the indigenous arts into pathetic skip kicking.

See, I thought "best" meant kicks that actually are effective but as it turns out "best" means of course "most dazzling"
