South Park, 8th season 1st episode, "Fun With Weapons". I just watched it 2 days ago, and I laughed my ass off. The whole episode is a parody of a TMNT-like cartoon, and this song is played in the middle of a fight between Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny against Jimmy, Craig, Token, and other guy I can't remember. The song is even subtitled in Japanese.
