11/04/2005 7:00pm,
These are the fight for the show tomorrow
Nick Diaz Vs. Diego Sanchez
Kit 'Havoc' Cope Vs. Kenny Florian
Luke Cummo Vs. Joe Stevenson
Brad Imes Vs. Rashad Evans
Kerry Schall Vs. Keith Jardine
Melvin Guillard Vs. Marcus Davis
Sam Morgan Vs. Josh Burkman
Anyone know if this Kit Cope? In the promo vid below, he said he had a 24-0 record. Sherdog says 1-2 and that's the only Cope that I found...This Cope guy is pretty cocky...I really wanna see Kenny KO him.

The 24-1 record is his muay thai record, his mma record is 1-2. From what I hear the guy is a really good muay thai fighter, and MTV did a pretty decent show about him and his brother going to Thailand to compete in a bareknuckle thai boxing fight. I really don't think Kenny is going to KO a pro muay thai fighter of kit cope's level, especially with how small Kenny is.

The finals are tomorrow right? What time?
I had no idea about those other fights, sweet. Sounds like quite a show.
Here's my predictions:
Sanchez beats Diaz via submission or ground and pound, round 1 or 2 (depending which it is).
Don't know much about Cope, so I can't say who'll win that fight.
Joe beats Luke via submission, round 1.
Rashad beats Imes via decision.
Don't know who Schall is, can't comment on that fight.
Davis vs Guillard is tough to call. I'm gunna go and say Davis via KO or decision, but it could probably go either way.
Morgan beats Burkman via submission, KO, just about anything really.

I'm not sure what time it starts actually...I think it's 7 for over here in Hawaii. Dana said in an interview that all the fights will be shown if there's enough time, meaning if the fights in the within the first round or so. Only Sanchez, Rashid, and Joe fight will be for sure. The other fights are mights though. If they don't show it, they'll show it eventually through Unleashed anyways. Should be rewarding for me...considering I have SATs tomorrow.
It starts at 9 pm eastern time.

GO DIEGO!
And unless Kenny Florian stands up with Kit Cope like an imbecile, K Flo by Submission.

I can't stand Diego. I hope Diaz wins, although I have a feeling he won't.

Cope is way worse than Diego. I hope Florian rips his arm off.
Ironically, I'm more excited to see the fights featuring the eliminated fighters from this season. I would have liked to see Mike Whitehead get in there and not lose his nerve this time, considering the hype they built up around him.
Good to see Keith, Sammy and Marcus back... and bringing Melvin back as well? I'm thinking maybe some of these guys have something in them we didn't see on the show, and expect to be pleasantly surprised tonight with some great fights.
Anyone else think Diego looks like Screech now?

Nick Diaz Vs. Diego Sanchez : Nick Diaz by submission, even though he has won by KO in his recent fights, hiss BJJ is top notch and he has a huge reach advantage on Diego, giving him the edge from guard. Don't forget last time Diaz lost it was a decision to Karo Parisyan.... Before that he hasn't lost since 2002 and that was a split decision. The kid is under rated. Best fight of the night here.
Kit 'Havoc' Cope Vs. Kenny Florian: Kit Cope hits like a brick house and used to be a great wrestler. I think Florian will have a tough time taking him down if Cope has worked on his sprawls. Cope by KO
Luke Cummo Vs. Joe Stevenson: Stevenson by Submission (but he will pay for it on the take down).
Brad Imes Vs. Rashad Evans: Brad is just way too big to lose. He has a 7-8" advantage in heght not to mention at least 35-40lbs in weight. I saw a few of his fights on HD net before TUF and he looked better then. I think he will bully Evans around the ring and then ground and pound him to a KO or submission.
Kerry Schall Vs. Keith Jardine: Toss up, slight edge Jardine in a decision, Schall can drive his fat ass home in his meat truck
Melvin Guillard Vs. Marcus Davis: I don't think Davis stands a chance in this fight. Gives up too much experince to Guillard who also just looks like a scarry mother fucker
Sam Morgan Vs. Josh Burkman: BUrkman Destroys Morgan. KO round 1.
Kit Cope and Ben Garcia were the stars of MTV's "I'm a muay thai fighter". He actually seemed very modest and humble in the show. It just goes to show what editing can do for a person's image. Now we get to see the real him. What a cocky bastard. I hope Kenny elbows him in the groin

Is there by any chance going to be a webcast of the whole thing?

11/05/2005 4:28pm,
My picks:
Nick Diaz Vs. Diego Sanchez (TKO)
Kit 'Havoc' Cope Vs. Kenny Florian (TKO)
Luke Cummo Vs. Joe Stevenson (TKO)
Brad Imes Vs. Rashad Evans (Hopefully KO, but probably decision)
Kerry Schall Vs. Keith Jardine (Submission, call it rooting for the underdog)
Melvin Guillard Vs. Marcus Davis (KO/TKO)
Sam Morgan Vs. Josh Burkman (Submission)
And whoever calls the most of em should expect some mad incoming rep.
