I missed bits and pieces of the show, but why is an alternate being brought in? Perhaps because of Brad's cut?

From athe last fight Rashd had I was about ready to give it to Mike hands down. He worked hard, was a leader and if I had to bet on this fight I would've gone with him. This fight was disappointingly pitiful, I felt embarassed for him, and I really thought Mike had more heart, but giving up like that...

Rashad impressed me a lot more this time around. His style is unorthodox as hell, and that's probably what gives his opponents brain-farts whenever they fight him. He defended against the takedown really well in most cases, only a very few times was he in what could actually be called a bad position. He was all business this time around too. I had originally thought it was going to be Rashad against the cowboy dude, but after his cut I was thinking Mike vs. the spinning kick guy (Seth?).

Before the fight, after all the talk from Mike and Matt and Dana about how great he is and how much Rashad sucks I was expecting a hammering- I guess I sort of got one. Halfway through that first round I switched sides. Whitehead didn't have ****.

I enjoyed hearing and watching Matt get angrier and angrier and more and more frustrated; somehow it just felt like he had this **** coming after all his crap about how great his team and his coaching and his picks are.

It's gotta be. I don't think it's Kerry cause his knee looked bad, unless it somehow did get healed. It'd be cool if it was, I was pissed when that happened to him. It's not Eli the quitter and I doubt it's the dude Rashad had his first fight against, because that was a pretty piss-poor fight on his part. Maybe the one big dude Seth just took out?

It looks kinda like Mike was riding on Matt's coattails. I can guarantee that if the Cowboy dude wasn't cut, Matt would have made him fight so Mike would have the final shot.

I still however do like Matt Hughes. He reminds me a lot of some of my old coaches. Go all out, win or lose. It's a great philosophy.

For most of these, I usually stay impartial until about the end of the first. Some fights you can instantly find who you want to root for (e.g. Luke vs Anthony) but usually I like to wait a bit and see them out the first round.

I was rooting for Rashad, because Matt Hughes and all his bullshit is what caused his fighter to lose. Anyone ever notice that if you are too stressed you do piss poor? This is what Matt Hughes caused his fighter to do. He didn't seem worried about the fight until Matt Hughes talked it to death saying he need to roll over Rasad, as if Rashad is a piss poor fighter.

Well now Matt Hughes can suck a dick, and I hope Kairo Parisyan stomps his fucking ass.

I much prefer seeing what somebody can do for myself rather than basing it off of other's opinions. Take Mike, for example. He was talked up like he was a badass, but he didn't impress me one bit that whole fight.
