Eh, my contempt/opposition/what have you is aimed at whatever I disagree with in a given point, never on a person.

Jay, I'm asking for a couple of reasons and only one can even loosely link to us rolling if you can make it to Phoenix.

#1: This is a site dedicated to exposing BS in the Martial Arts. This makes this place, beyond any other MA forum a place where it should be expected that people be up front and honest about their training. That you refuse to do something as simple as say "I study (X, Y, Z) and have for about (Q) years.. It's suspicious at best. A sign that you're a fraud at worst.

#2: We've talked in a few threads and you seem okay beyond this little incident here. I'm genuinely curious as to what you study so as to frame how you see things better. This is loosely tied to us sparring on a basis of me being curious what I'd be up against, but it's not really the driving reason.

You could fight me tomorrow and I'd still be asking this question and expecting you to answer. You could also say you'll never spar with me and I'd still ask the question.
