Hey, Rhadi:
Thanks for the info. Been following your career a bit.
But not everyone here will know your credentials. . .

Can you write a short review on the vids here?
Thanks, duude!

Amazing.

But the narrator needs to be shot.

You're just not powahful enough to know the xtreme strength of Catta Garuma.

And the vid looks positively...xtreme.

Edit: And no, I'm not being sarcastic, I really think the video looks solid.

I am unfamiliar with sport Judo, I noticed that they seemed to be only going for takedowns, but stopped after they went to the ground. Is this just a specific type of competition, or is all sport Judo like this?

If you get a perfect throw (Ippon), the contest is stopped... I think. I'm not knowledgable in judo either.

Nice video. I'm itching to fight someone now.
The problem is, I'm in my office....

Judo matches can be won with a clean throw with full force and control. Theoretically, this represents you throwing the other guy so hard that he has been instantly slain with the awesome might of Judo, or something like that.

The DVD looks interesting, I've ordered it.

Smart decision. I ordered a similar VHS tape in the early nineties that had all sorts of unorthodox throws (maybe a couple dozen) that had been used effectively in upper level tournaments. I was able to perfect 2 of them and use them very succesfully. It's hard to defend against a throw you've never seen, or more importantly, felt.

I'm also going to order this DVD. :icon_chee

Rhadi, firstly: it's great to have you here.

Secondly: there's an armbar on the DVD where both people are on their backs, side to side, the uke on tori's left hand side. The tori pulls the ukes right arm over his chest with his right arm while holding the collar with his left arm.
Is this feasible?
