No. I had several years of Wing Chun training for inspiration.
What school/association?
Bil Gee, who is that in your avatar ?

Hey, **** YOU ... that's what I "give" you, you disrespectful little newbie asshole. :bootyshak
HAHAHAHAH **** YOU... thats what i 'give' you.....QUALITY!
if you only you could get your little pecker up...... you might be able to practice on your blow up sheep! hahahaha
I thought he was still going to fight Asia, but by mutual agreement it was going to be full-contact sparring rather than some kind of deathmatch where somebody ended up getting arrested ?
What I mean is he sayins $20 and 60 days off the board if he shows up, and doesn't try to backpeddle or talk **** after.
Then he says something like $200 or $1000.
Now he wants something like 1 year off the board.
It's like WTF dude. Get it straight. I said sure to $20 as long as he doesn't try to weasel out of it somehow in the very vague ruleset. I think by next week he'll be wanting one of us to cut a finger or hand off if we lose the bet or something.
Hell I was looking back at the quotes the other day and saw Asia saying he was going to forego the choke and beat the piss outta him badly with broken bones or something.

lol he couldn't even get the legit Yip family picture.
"Left, Shi Fu Gu Sam, Student of Yip Man, the dummy maker "
I PMSL at the "symphonic project".
Lineage looks a bit sketchy for a traditional school. There was a wierd wall dummy in one of the pictures and mention of five animal systems, what were they teaching you?

That's a guy who the sifu met on a visit to China researching WC history.

I think you might be referring to stuff in the research section about the history of Wing Chun and other Wing Chun lineages.
That school teaches straightforward Wing Chun, no mention of five animals or anything like that. It's a good school if you want to get good at Chi Sao and the technical side of Wing Chun, but they aren't into sparring much, and they don't enter competitions etc..
Reading Bullshido got to me in the end, so I've switched to a place that spars regularly and puts forward San Shou competitors.
Ok Bil Gee,
I've shown you mine, now you show me yours.

John: Let me know when you are ready for bed tonight if you would like another "bedtime image"
Oh Hell No!!! I'm not opening that door ... even just to peek inside. 1:47AM and I'm sitting outside on the back porch smoking a Salem Black Label Full Flavor thinking ... damn ... flies ... John
You keep trying to change this bet. That gives some credibility to your detractors, and some of the critics here; You do like to change your story around. This whole image your want to project about being a tough guy might be taken seriously if you could just stick to your guns. Don't play broken english chinese man, change bets, and stop throwing insults to people when they step up. If you are going to sing, don't change your tune in the middle of the song.
It was principle based and if you "think" that's in real time then you are below a 'tard. Why don't you try reading the reviews of those present? I don't do broken English you Moron ... I do broken bones ... yours or anyone else so stupid as to mistake me for a stroll in the park.
I'm not changing the bet ... simply upping it. Funny, what happened to your confidence level yipping little doggie? Don't want to put a year of posting your crap on the line? Whussup wuss boy?
Hey, doofus, speaking of changing ... tell your Mommy it's past time to change your diaper ... the stench is horrible :bootyshak
Great post revealing yourself as someone who hasn't been in a fight beyond the "One guy's scared and the other glad of it" variety. Take me serious? Look Dud Round, I prefer people show up thinking it's all easy street. Bit brain dead in the tactics department aren't you? :XXbazooka
I'm still waiting for one of your alleged informative posts. Thus far, you are pure troll in bed with jay & kwan. 'Tards of a feather ... :tongue3:
Now be a good little boy and go get your diappy changed ... stinky :violent1:
Do us all a favor ... don't put your interpretation of what I do up as a header ... it's totally 'tard and WRONG.
I have no idea who came up with "anti-grappling" as it is as idiotic a "concept" that has ever been fostered on the gullible masses.
Here, I'll walk you through a bit of what I was showing - doing ... slowly as you are so very ... s p e c i a l.
Off a first move there are several basic zones or areas and what a person does in response to their opponent's movement depends on how quickly and accurately they read certain keys.
In the pics you put up it goes like this, in a general sense as combat is a fluid dynamic. Keep in mind he's initiated movement and it's a shoot:
The earliest key presents when a person makes the mental decision to do it. There is final resolution to the internal conflict we all tend to experience ... the monkey chatter that says "If I go now ..." There are specific body & facial features that will tell you ... He's made the mental - emotional switch and is going to move. If you can take him on at this point you will screw him up big time ... he's all ready up in his head 1 - 3 moves down from what he is getting ready to pull the trigger on.
I'll blow off the intermediate zones and get to the pics. "Balance" is typically misunderstood as it is a term applied almost exclusively to "physical" balance. In a fight, mental - emotional balance are also crucial elements. Someone is intent on striking, their opponent shoots in, penetrates and makes contact. The guy intent on striking is subject to losing their mental - emotional balance as well as their physical balance. The physical side of the house tends to be auto-correcting.
We are genetically hardwired to maintain our balance ... fatal head injuries have culled out the ones that didn't get this.
I presented the principle of "balance" in such a way that a person has the ability to learn to maintain balance across all parameters. He shoots, penetrates & makes contact. Fine ... didn't go the way the other guy wanted it but that's the way it is in the moment.
Rather than tense up, go into mental blank space - freeze ... simply take it from where it is. Many people sprawl against a shoot. Okay ... but not really good enough for me. A sprawl is essentially passive in nature, it directly inflicts no damage, a counter move without physical harm.
If a person is able to maintain their mental - emotional balance when entered they can physically relax and allow their hips to float back and away ... ride the force of drive delivered by the one shooting.
The bio-mechanics of proper striking hold constant regardless of the plane of orientation. It is a matter of exploring how the force - counter force production can best be achieved when striking from anything other than an upright base.
In the example you put up I suggested using the force of gravity as an accelerating agent ... allow the hips to naturally float back and as my upper torso rotated through space going from an upright plane to one parallel to the ground routing that "falling" force into an elbow smash. Spine is a good target but there are several others.
The primary principle is to do as much damage as possible whenever possible. A sprawl with a twist if you will and the twist is that I concede position (he penetrated) and focus on what I can do from there. In the pic, I drop my body (sprawl) and route the resulting force into an elbow smash rather than push off on him in an attempt to keep him from getting in tight.
There are some other things that went on with the demo part you picked but there isn't really any sense in going into it ... you're an asshole and will just toss yet some more **** (only thing an asshole is good for) my way. All from the safety of your computer. John

Best not to gamble at all. Prepare and take a calculated risk, sure. Ever been to Las Vegas? See it at night? All those marquees and not a single light bulb out in any of them.
I'm just pinging on him ... I'm serious about his needing his diaper changed though. :headbang: John
