The place is well set up. Upstairs they have a room with mats set up for rolling, heavy weight bag to the left and a WC dummy mounted towards the back front area. Very open, well lit and well ventillated.

In the back room it is basically all open with 2 bathrooms.

I did get over to GB from time to time prior to the recent alleged Muslim problems.
I say "alleged" as I know several Muslims (Iman) who are outraged than anyone should murder innocent people in the name of their Faith. Miserable "lose - lose" situation. I hope it peacefully resolves in the very near future and I keep all those I know in GB in my Prayers.

At any rate, the Seminar was based on principles rather than concepts. A concept is far too large an information chunk to have much flexibility in application. There are simply too many variables that need to present in order for a concept to work.

Principles are fairly universal and given that the Seminar attendees were from differing backgrounds it seemed the reasonable way to go.

Presently, there are plans for me to come over and teach the Tid Sin Kuen and one other purely internal set. The Tid Sin develops power through routes (pathways) that present in many, many MA systems be they striking or grappling.

IMO, it's the best pure martial power production system around. Having practiced it daily for about 3 decades it is the "answer" to the question "How can an old fart like you have so much power?"

On the old Adepta PowRPad I routinely tested out in the 600 pound range. That's not foot pounds as it measured (force plates) impact only. That was from a distance of less than 18 inches and in a neutral (natural) start position. Speed of strike using a Slo Mo analyzer put initial movement to impact at approximately 1/8 of a second.

BTW, I issued that force (struck) using only my finger tips. There isn't a human being on the face of this Earth that can withstand that much force deposited into their body over that small a surface area. I go through muscles like most people go through water ... with ease. From the distance of touch I destroy human tissues. John
