Have taken the last year off and I will be checking out Trident Jiu-Jitsu and was wondering if anyone has any experiences from there. From what I understand they are quite inexpensive....which coming from FSD will be a real treat for me :) I beleive they are a modified Can-Ryu style with more grappling.

I don't know about Florin's, but there is a place in Kanata, I had checked their web site before. Canadian SMA Academy, they have their curuculum online. For the green to red belt training, they have the "Beauty and the Beast" kata. Has anybody seen that kata? I'm curious.
