Did anyone on Bullshido.net happen to watch the Deep Impact collision?

Apparently, and according to science.com, it was possible to see it with a pair of binoculars. I'm just curious to see if anyone took notice?

If you did see it, what was it like?

P.S. Seriously don't clutter me with "It looked like a big explosion dumbass" posts. I get it, most of us are fucking retarded, I know what an explosion looks like.

Good luck seeing it unless you know specifically where to look. I doubt it was big. You probably had to zoom in on a specific location to even remotely see it. And then there's the whole "what time?" thing. Yes it was a comet, but the satelite was tiny compared to it, so I doubt it was bright.

lol, it reminds me of a country..
anyway, a module of basic astronomy tells me that astrology is recognised as an amusing diversion.
Maybe that's what it means partially.
