"The Dungeon" is famous in wrestling circles. It's located in Calgary, though.

This is in Calgary.... I'm just not sure if it was the real deal. I'm thinking about going....Next summer.

It is the real deal…

The first thing they will do is make you respect pro-wrestling by putting you in insanely painful submissions. “So you think Pro-Wrestling is fake do ya” as a Hart brother torques in a neck crank.

Prepare to be slowly ass raped. They don't mess around there.

Yeah, they're for real. I grew up in Calgary.

I guess their style would be like catch wrestling.

Like I'm Canadian grew up watching Bret, Benoit, Owen went to the same high school Lance Storm did. I know that the Harts are for real, just not sure if the site is. But I'll take your guys word for it. Stu Hart's training was from Toots Mondt who learned from Farmer Burns. I'm sure though that if it is the real heart dungeon that they would also teach some high flying stuff along with Catch.

The Dungeon was Stu's basement, I imagine they have a better school with more instructors as they grew. Stampede is pretty much the jump off point for the Hart families graduates.

Otherwise, that is the worst picture of Brian Pillman I have ever seen.

Is this the right forum?

Here I was hoping for a comprehensive history of "shooting".

Anyway, you had your own answer about the style, let us know if the site winds up real too.
