I listened to your suggestions from my last topic and I overhauled my diet. I got a 17 dollar blender and some new foods. Here's what I eat now.
Breakfast: Protein shake of DOOM: 1 cup of milk
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 and 1/2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 dash cinnamon to taste
3/4 cups oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop creatine w/ carbs
Brunch:Beans, ham and beans, anything with a shitload of beans in it.
Lunch:Turkey Sammich:2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice swiss cheese
6 slices turkey
and about 70 almonds, eaten seperately.
Dinner:30 gram slam:1/2 tablespoon olive oil(to lube the pan)
3 eggs
6 slices turkey
1 slice swiss cheese
and a little bit of hot sauce to taste
Before workout:Super spinach salad of DOOM:3 cups whole spinach leaves
3 slices turkey
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 and 1/2 hard boiled eggs
and 2 tablespoons ranch to taste
After workout:I have that breakfast shake again
before bed:1/2 cup cottage cheese
I got rid of the dierrea, but I have a new problem: I'll fart like 4 times and hour now, and it smells like a mixture of rotten eggs and bacon fried in piss, and old people. I can fucking clear out a room in seconds. I made a dude throw up once with my super kamehameha fart of doom-cannon destroyer. Think I need some Beano or something? Also, I tallyed it all up, and came up with some disturbing figures. I eat a total of around 3874-4039 calories a day, 224-236g protein, and 50-59g fiber. I'm 5'8 and 180 pounds. Think I need to ease up on the protein?

Cooking beans can be an issue as I discovered long ago attempting to recreate my grandpa's famous chili. If you are using fresh or dried beans, you should soak them overnight with a bay leaf, then cook them with a pressure cooker. Canned beans are easier, but you still need to rinse them and soak them for about 30 minutes.

a large increase in fiber will cause you t ofart a lot until you get used to it its usually advised to increase gradually.

The beans may be an expleanation on your farting ki.
Your diet seems to lack a little something on the fresh fruit department. not to mention that if you eat that same thing everyday, you´ll get bored as hell and maybe you´ll lack some nutrients.
But I´m by no means an expert on nutrition, so...

oh, I daily take a multivitamin, a flaxseed liquid gel cap, and 60% of my daily calcium and 50% vitamin D in a pill, and all I drink all day is green tea and water.

Dude, what's with the olive oil in the shake? It seems that you're getting plenty of fat, why add anymore, especially OLIVE OIL IN A SHAKE? If you're compelled to add fat beyond the peanut butter, then for God's sake man, at least use flax seed oil. I still say you don't need anymore at all though.
Also, if gas is a problem, cut back on the beans and spread your fiber out better, the vast majority is before lunch, which is why you're farting so much throughout the day.
I don't think it's a bad diet as far as protien-fat-carb ratio, but I'd cut back on the beans and try to eat more fresh vegetables.
As for easing up on the protien, it depends on how much muscle tissue your tearing up. If you are lifting hard as well as training, I don't think it's too terribly excessive and it's spread out pretty well, but you could probably cut back a little. For you I'd say roughly 30-35 grms. 6 times a day, if you're working out hard.
Also, make a conscious effort to drink lots of water.

Also, green tea has caffeine. I wouldn't drink that all day, especially with all the protien you're consuming.

OLIVE OIL IN A SHAKE?
Yeah, I noticed that too, but since I´ve read months ago on this same forum that some guy used to put tuna fish on milk shakes, nothing surpises me anymore.
I´m in another forum (in spanish) and you should see the kind of **** people put in shakes. Those protein-head bodybuilders are just damm crazy.
Oh, and I vote on the vegetables thing too.

Tuna milkshake? Now that's friggin hilarious.
I remember a huge bodybuilder that used to walk around the gym eating tuna out of a can. He would be in the gym for like 3 hours eating tuna the whole time. He used his bare hands and never even wiped them off before grabbing a bar or dumbell. All the weights, dumbells, barbells, etc. had tuna juice all over them. It was just nasty. The guy would also caryy around a bag full of baked patatos and eat them like apples. He said that he ate 15 a day.

At my gym there is this bodybuilder who eats a tupper ware of rice from hour to hour.
He´s in my MT clas now, and when is time for us to run, he sist and eats his rice. He says that he has to eat that much and avoid too much aerobic activity, because if not he looses weight (muscle). People have their preferences, I guess.
Oh, and I´ve found the thread I talked about, take a look at it, you may find it interesting.

I hate people who make crazy diets like this and eat the same thing every day. I couldn't do it. I like to eat something else when I have the urge. Or if I want more or less of something, I want to be able to do what I want.
"Hmm... I want 3 tbsp of lemon juice... but I can only have 2... darn..."

Uh, I throw fish oil in my meal replacement shakes all the time. It is lemon lime flavor so it really tastes not so good.

yeah, I created my diet out of necessity. All the measurements are approximate, as I always use heaping teaspoons and scoops, and some of my stuff is home made, like the beans, so I can only estimate what's in them based off the initial ingredients. For me, my planning was: How much nutrition can I get out of my regular paychecks? I followed the abs diet as a guideline, but created the shake myself. Tastes pretty good. Like a strawberry banana milkshake someone **** in. Almonds are fucking expensive. As is turkey, plain yogurt(which can never be used to make something taste better, only worse), cottage cheese, ranch, swiss, all natural peanut butter, and of course my supplements are expensive, but I get most of them from gnc on those special days with my gold card when they're close to their expiration dates, and the rest from vitamin world.
