btw, AWSOME.

I always thought a standing submission/jointlock would be the baddest ass way of all to win a professional MMA match. Nothing says "I OWN you." like a standing jointlock submission in full MMA.

Wow that's a funky lock. I was expecting a standing straight arm lock. This one looks like he's twisting his arm. This is cool, but it doesn't yet validate all the hard work I put in to lazyily applying my Chin'na techniques on cooperative opponents :)

I'm going to practice more standing locks during my sparring sessions now.

Keith isn't a Polish name. Wisniewski IS however a Polish surname. He could be 3rd or 4th generation or something (1st generation parents generally don't give their kids names from other countires, they still stick to theirs).

we wernt arguing about surnames, he said he was polish. and in america last names still dont tell what your background nationality is because the women drops her name for the mans when they get married. so people that have a polish last name could in fact be about 10th polish, last names dont tell a family history.

The Pollish Connection!

His school is Duneland Vale Tudo CLICK (http://www.dunelandvaletudo.com/) in Portage, IN. My good friend from High school trains at DVT and will be at the Atlanta Throwdown. He has had nothing but good things to say about DVT and Keith . Really open minded guys that train hard and compete at the Pro and Am level.

I will up going up to train with Keith in July .
