I had all my Wisdom Teeth out - it was REALLY not fun - my Insurance Provider gave me a LOT of **** about it and It got far worse than it needed to befroe they actually Authorised the operation . Now Im working on Toe Surgery then I should be on to getting a Capoeira groupo started in my town .

Mostly just catcing up on Bills , and getting ourselves to a place where were both comfortable with our Training . Got her working with a Sprinting/Track and Field coach, and in 3 different MAs right now . Shes JUST getting back to knocking the Cobwebs off after her Recovery from the Surgery , but getting really good responses from all her Trainign parthers and new Coaches .

It was crazy. When Akamai posted the clip, I actually wondered if there was a chance you might know the girl in that video...another fruitless fantasy.

Anyway, amen to paying the bills, I'm back from a break myself. Family stuff, estate stuff, computer problems, etc. Life is Good though.

Training is still in the garage although I hope to make the Atlanta Throwdown on April 30th. I still glance at the Power of IMA books you recommended from time to time.
