Hey, im only 17 but my knees have been bothering me lately, I am a practioner of BJJ and i cant compete or practice because of my bad knees... i have an ACL prblems on one and a MCL on the other..its not that serious but any tips you guys could give me would help

Try doing 1000 Hindu Squats without stopping...those bad knees will clear right up.

What's an ACL and MCL?
When I was 17 I managed to screw up my knees with a combination of doing the splits without warming up and jogging over hills with a heavy pack, so my sympathy is with you.

ACL - Anterior Cruciate Ligament
MCL - Medial Collateral Ligament

Blanky - 1000 Hindu squat is really overdoing it.
Some Black guy - Speaking from experience, I would first suggest you do to a physiotherapist to assess how badly damaged your knees are.
From that point you will likely be started on the wobble board, and some leg presses.
For rehab I do squat, starting out with bodyweight, moving at a slow pace, so as not to strain the ligaments further.
